A lot of people are upset with this game. Not me. This game is a beautiful work of art. The graphics are amazing and I love the gameplay. It really makes you feel like you're a part of the world. The attention to detail the developers put into this game is absolutely incredible. I am only about 7 or 8 hours in, but so far the story is amazing. A lot of people say otherwise. The game makes me feel the emotions. They hit hard throughout what I've played. The story is so well written and I love Ellie, although Joel was the best by far. The event that happened within the first 2-3 hours was impactful. It was intended to be and Naughty Dog delivered. I don't necessarily want to feel those things, but that is a sign of amazing writing. I really feel what Ellie feels as well. A lot of people take issue with the revenge plot, but I as the player want revenge just as much as Ellie does. I choose to take revenge in the game though, instead of with Naughty Dog. I am really enjoying the game and the impact it has on the emotions of the player, and how immersed in the world I as the player feel, is absolutely incredible. It's a believable world. I believe that Naughty Dog has delivered an amazing sequel to an amazing first game, especially considering that many sequels to not just games, but movies as well, are terrible. Well done to everyone who was a part in making this happen.
