That was 2 hours of my life I can't get back. They do nothing to draw you into the characters. In the original, you at least felt like you cared about the characters. Here there really was no character development. The fights looked liked bad CGI. Sorry, Jake Gyllenhal as a MMA fighter is laughable. The character I liked best was the poor biker who got his arm broke. The setting made no sense for a road house and the violence that had no reason. Dalton never mentored the bouncers like the original. The one redeeming part in the whole film was actually Connor MacGregors backside. If you want to waste 2 hours of your life, give it a shot. Otherwise, stick to the original.
