Okay, I just watched the show. I heard there was ATLA but instead of that I jumped into korra. Problems 1. There are so many love plots. One or two was fine but 5 different ones just corners the writer. 2.Korra gets tortured. It reaches almost fetish levels. 3.Korra doesn't change much. 4.Mako and bolin's life history should have been explored more. 5.when the riots in BA Sing Se happened in book 3 where the hell did the police went? 6.The Masami and korra relationship come out of the blue. No such feelings properly explored. The show could be summarised into this: Random villain korra gets notified gets defeated then beats the villain through help and repeat4 times. Avatar state seems like a local skill. Is the police dumb? I heard that the fire nation invaded the earth nation. So, no resentment of fire nation people? You know some still resent Japan and Germany you know..
