I had the privilege of watching this movie in 1977 when it was released in the USA under its original title. And, I get to watch it again in 2018 online under its amended title. I do find some changes in scenes, particularly depicting Abu Sufyan. I considered it then, as I continue to believe now as well, that the service this movie has rendered is matchless in serving the teaching of Islam in its true spirit. It is pathetically unfortunate that intellectual along with spiritual decline of the Muslim religious leadership is causing harm to this beautiful and practically simple code of life much greater than all the efforts by all the ardent enemies of Islam put together. What va shame.
