As with any Shojo Romance: GO READ THE MANGA!*** I've been in love with this story for literally years. Ao Haru Ride has something that catches you and stays in your heart forever. I don't know how to explain it. Although the story is full of cliches, the author perfectly manages them and treats the characters with such a care that you believe 100% what you're reading. Kou and Futaba are one of those protagonists that unexpectedly grow on you. Their love is so deep and wholesome in every single way that you'll melt with them. The drawing of both anime and manga are really good and the side characters add a lot of interest and tension to the story. Would 100% recommend this anime/manga if you're a romance lover!!!

Oh boy, what should I say that hasn't been said already about One Piece? I started watching One Piece because a friend absolutely begged me to, saying that I'd absolutely love it. But, like most new fans, I was intimidated by the amount of episodes it had. But seeing the multiple recommendations online and from friends, I decided to give it a go. And oh boy and I'm absolutely glad I did!! One Piece has thousands of characters and stories that intertwine, making you absolutely never bored, because there are always new characters and new worlds to discover. From all of the very well developed characters, you're bound to find at least one or a handful that you'll connect with and get to adore. In my case that character was Sanji, but there are PLENTY of characters that you'll get to know and love. Especially if you like the main crew (which, trust me, you're bound to like them). You'll literally spend hours getting to know the characters, and they'll grow on you like they've never done in any anime. The ingenious way in which the world building is made, the parallels with reality and wisdom it has. But also all the stupidly funny moments it possess makes One Piece truly a work of art. Yes, it does have some fillers but even the fillers are fun and help you connect with the characters even more. If you haven't watched One Piece because you're terrified of the number of episodes, don't be, this show is absolutely woth every hour of it. Go see it for yourself!!

Now, I will say, this show was slower paced than I expected. However, once you get used to its pace, you start to pay attention to de details and the meanings that the show is trying to portray behind every scene. That's where the anime truly shines! I started to become attached to all the characters and their journeys. I loved the art style, the animation and the music choices. Every scene looked so damn beautiful!! The show is also very educational about art, and touches on many sensitive subjects through the development of different characters. My personal favorite was Riuji. Give this show a try for an inspirational and eye opener story and it won't disappoint you!!!

Kimi ni Todoke is one of my all time favorite romantic anime along with Lovely Complex. This show stole my heart from the very beginning. It's a story about love, friendship, personal development that will keep you invested and rooting for all the characters until the very end. I love the drawing style and how it helped translate the emotions and feelings of the show. The music was extremely beautiful and touching. If you're looking for a heartwarming love story, seriously look no further than Kimi ni Todoke!

This drama is a GUILTY PLEASURE!! It's so good and hypnotizing!! Kinda feel like I shouldn't enjoy it as much as I'm actually enjoying it. And the female lead is sooo RELATABLE! The story is different from your typical k-drama and the acting is amazing! I'm also loving the LGBT portrayal in the show. Realistic and sweet, very much needed in k-dramas and television. If you're looking for a kdrama that defies the stereotypical norms and offers a refreshing way of storytelling, highly recommend it!! PS:The male lead is also gorgeous and sexy

Haikyiu!!? Yes! But have you watched KUROKO NO BASKETBALL?!!! Since the very first episode the anime picked my interest. It leaves a lot of questions open about these mysterious 5 miracle generation boys and their sixth member. The premise is just excellent and different from other shows. Then the story develops to reveal each and every members' personality, which were all very interesting and very well developed. Kagami was also a superb character but really, every character was SOO well done!! My personal favorite was Aomine. His story is simply breathtaking from beginning to end. He slowly grew on me throughout the show and ended up being my favorite character. AOMINE BEST BOY!!! If you like sports anime or just simply want to watch a fantastic story. I can't recommend this enough!!

This show was supposed to be great yet is horrible. There was so much hype surrounding it. It does not promote mental health not self-awarnes. Awful characters the girl is so annoying I can barely take any more of her eccentricity. The only thing there is about the guy is that he cares for his family. Psychology major graduate here to tell you this is an unrealistic representation of Mental Illness. This is awful

Other people can keep their It's Okay Not to be Okay or The King. This has been the best drama I've watched this year and it revived my love for korean dramas. I can't explain with words how this drama touched my life in so many ways. It doesn't need any extra or fancy elements to keep you engaged because the story telling is done in a way to make you wonder what will happen next. The acting was perfection, I could feel everything they wanted to portray. Park Bo Gum and the other main girl I don't know her real name but I know her from Cinderella and Parasite did an incredible job. The supporting cast was also excellent. Another amazing thing about the drama was the music. The music was beautiful and it complemented scenes and made me connect even stronger with the story. This drama has so many meanings and messages about life and it is a realistic portrait about how people think and behave. It stayed away from old stereotypes while keeping the story entertaining. I can not recommend this drama enough not only to k-drama lovers but everyone!
