Super Mario 64 laid down the groundwork for future titles on how to make a 3D platformer , and for that I have so much respect for the game. While this game is still a very enjoyable experience in 2020, It's also flawed. The camera just won't turn in some circumstances, and the N64 controller is pretty bad to be honest, with an uncomfortable analog stick. If Nintendo would've made an actual remake of this game for the switch, fixing the camera and giving us updated visuals, they could've easily made this game into a 10/10 experience. But still, this game was very ambitious for 1996, and I still enjoy it today.
