Jersey and her Nomads

I just turned the show on, Thursday December 27, and the beauty segment was on. The woman doing the segment was showing Oil of Olays new clay stick. She went on to say how the other clay products leave a mess, and to use them at a hotel and to use the hotels wash clothes... Really??? I work in hospitality, I do front desk and laundry in a small hotel in Ouray Colorado. The one thing I see more then anything in dirty towels is a wash cloth that is full of foundation or makeup. Those stains don't come out, we have to put them through a separate wash called reclaim and treat them with a spray chemical. If they are no longer able to go back to the guest laundry to be used again in the rooms they are put in the housekeeping rags. This to a hotel is product waste, the owner still has to now buy new washcloths to replace these stained ones from guest makeup. To hear that comment from one of your hosts was rude, she may be able to just throw away things or not care that someone else has to foot the bill for her comfort. I hope this comment is addressed to her and your staff.
