Going by the content SonyLiv is bringing on in recent times, there were high expectations from this series. Its starts off on an intense note, but eventually fizzles out by the end of the second episode. The acting, direction and largely the screenplay seem quite half baked especially in the later half. The final episode also ends halfway through a conversation, which hints at a cliffhanger but cuts off awkwardly. After having watched series like Sacred games and Paatal Lok, this flick seems very amature. Overall, one wouldn't regret if they give this series a miss.

Completely uncoventional and a brilliant depiction of the idea perceived upon by the team. It has a unique dystopian horror setting and the prescient symbolism at the core of the narrative. At first glance, the film appears to be a story of individual greed and the struggle to survive, but as the movie reaches its haunting conclusion, it becomes clear that there's something deeper going on. Set in a dystopian future, it symbolizes the capitalist society in a darker shade. At the same time putting a lot of emphasis on communist Ideologies and try to promote them as well. But in my honest opinion, no matter what political structure you belong from; it's a deep socio-political satire that speaks for all the civilized countries nonetheless. This movie portrayed a great message to the society. Take what you need, don’t be greedy, don’t take more than your "necessity". We have limited resources. If you take more, someone have to be hungry which is a great reflection of our society. In our community, there are some people who have the capability to buy food for 100 years and some people can't even afford enough food for today. The Platform is tense, thrilling, and consistently kept me on my toes as I attempted to keep up and guess what would happen next. Intense, gruesome and a must watch!

One of the best Indian webseries... Kaafir makes an honest attempt to inject hope, peace and goodwill within a system marred by hatred and prejudices. But what's more delightful is that it does it so organically and with ease, instead of relying heavily on jingoistic didacticism, a stance which most creators often tend to take. All in all, its a must watch for all those who intend to indulge in a pure, humane, intense and touching story... Commendable acting by the lead cast, makes one fall in awe of it. Mesmerizing locations...and though there are certain minute gliches, it all gets overshadowed by this masterpiece!
