Loved this book, I binged it in one day, and it was the first book to make me cry of joy. I felt so emotional reading this book I could physically feel my heart aching. It was such a good wrap up of the series and I’m satisfied with the ending. *Spoiler* one thing I didn’t get was why Jude still planned to make Oak become king when he’s like 12, I mean, she obviously likes being queen. Her and Cardan make pretty good rulers, why rush it so much? I mean yes they’ll have to step down eventually, but they don’t have to do as soon as possible. And Oak doesn’t even want to be king, he doesn’t even want to live there. So why force him if you don’t really need to? If Jude and Cardan don’t have kids of their own then yeah Oak will have to be king as he’s the only other Greenbriar, but they have forever to make him king. And they might not even need to.
