Evaru is a Smarter and an Intelligent Version of Badla. Regina Cassandra acting was superb ,better than Tapsee..Her Role was way more interesting. Adivi Sesh did Amitabhs role Very Differently..The Twists are better.. Evaru has a fantastic Screenplay and is very well written. Evaru is a Better Adaptation of The Invisible Guest..Climax is an absolute winner..A Perfect Thriller from Adivi Sesh and Regina. Evaru is a Smarty Investigative Thriller Not To Be Missed in Theaters.

The pacing could have been better. Songs could have been Better and the Romance angle could been longer. A Good Combo Of Dr RAJASEKHAR and Prasanth Verma. It's 3/5 for Kalki. #PopcornWITHPADDY #Review #NGK Please don't go by the negative Reviews Against the Movie..NGK is definitely a sit through movie..Though it may not be a High class Selvaraghavan and Surya standards it makes up for a decent one time watch. After Kaala ,NGK is the only political movie with strong,bold and rawness with strong political undercurrents.. NGK is very relevant to current TN politics where votes are won on sheer money power and media manipulation.NGK also shows the role of Corporate in the electoral process.. NGK conveys that politics isn't a drainage but still worse .Suryas rise from an innocent Organic farmer to a full fleged shrewd politican is shown well.. NGK has two strong female leads.Sai Pallavi scores performance wise with her simple and cute expressions as Mrs.Kumaran,who watches her husband's transformation but yet supportive.Rakul Preet is a High end version of Priya Anand of LKG,a media Political PR agency Head who also stores the database about the Strength and Weaknesses of the politicans.. NGK has an engaging first half and a superb interval block. But unfortunately NGK derails in the second half with too many predictable scenes and has a dejavu of many Political movies from Mudhalvan,LKG,Kaala,Pudhupettai to the recent Sarkar.Selva the writer isn't in great form Here. Positives of NGK are Surya,Sai Pallavi, Dialogue s.and First half and Interval Block. Negatives of NGK are Poor Writing and an Un engaging Screenplay.Stereotypical political characters and an abruptly done hurried climax. NGK is a fair watch for Surya though not a Selvaraghavan classic. It's 2.25/5 for #NGK It's Certainly not a Classic or a Superb kind but yet a watchable Raw,Bold and Intense political thriller from Selvaraghavan with a message for educated youth...

#PopcornWiTHPADDY #Review #Neeya2 #Naagin Genre Please don't expect a Neeya In Neeya 2..Kamals Neeya will forever remain a Naagin classic.Laxmi Rai isnt exactly a Sripriya,Geetha or a Sridevi in pulling of a Naagin role..Neeya 2 is an Ok template for a modern Naagin tale but doesn't have much of an intelligence for Today's audience. Neeya 2 follows the same template of eternal love between a male/female snake,Revenge of the Snakes and The Mystical world of the Icchadari Naagins. Neeya 2 doesn't have much revenge like it's predecessors nor a search for the Nagmani.This One focus more on the unification of the previous birth eternal lovers. In the previous birth Jai and Laxmi Rai are lovers who elope to get married who accidentally damage the unification of two Naagin pairs who were about to get cured of the Icchadari curse.Now Jai is killed and Laxmi Rai is cursed by the Icchadari Naagin(Varu) So to get rid of the Icchadari form curse Laxmi Rai and Jai should marry and mate in the next birth for the curse to be cured In this Birth Jai is happily married with a beautiful wife Catherine Teresa Does Laxmi Rai get past Catherine to unite with Jai is the plot of Neeya 2 Neeya 2 does have a decent plot to keep you hooked but sadly the execution isn't perfect.The screenplay could have been better and the revenge of the Icchadari Naagin could have been smart and engaging. Neeya 2 does have a great emotional touch and a Climax with a chance of sequels. Jai was fairly good as the male lover.But Neeya 2 completely belongs to Laxmi Rai with her generous glamour show and sentimental bits . Catherine Teresa was equally convincing as the gorgeous and sweet wife who will go to any extend to save Jai.Varalakshmi Sarathkumar makes a decent cameo as the NaagaRani though her role is short.The other cast was Ok. Neeya 2 does have good VFX , Cinematography and Background score.Songs are easily forgettable..The Remixed Ore Jeevan song from the original is still haunting. The Glamour show of Laxmi Rai and Catherine Teresa and emotional bits are saving graces for this average written script. It's 2.5/5 For #Neeya2 An Average watch for Die Hard Naagin movie lovers.For The Other audience the choice to watch or skip is yours..
