This book should be a required read. I have owned this book for 3 years and I still pick it up and read it when I need to escape my negative thoughts. It is the most helpful book I’ve ever read (Art of Happiness #2 and also should be a must read) these 2 books together I constantly read, and they help me similar to a really good therapy session where you’re able to get a guide into understanding your thoughts and feelings 🥰🤩 I really cannot say enough about this book to urge everyone to read it 🥰
