It's not the game we were promised. The main quest is an on-rails cinematic with no real choices to be made. The different starting scenarios all just lead to the same exact story line. The equipment/looting/crafting system is convoluted and non-intuitive. Outside of the main quest is just finding people to shoot and looting their copse. The AI is non existent. If you do much as look at someone the wrong way the cops immediately warp in behind you and kill you. NPCs may as well not even be in the game. The mini mag is impossible to follow. I could honestly keep going on and on. I have it an extra star because it is a great game visually speaking... If you have a top of the line pc. God forbid you have a console. Not only does this game looks worse on console than game 3 or 4 years older, it straight up doesn't run on last gen consoles. Even after the day1 patch, it crashes every hour or so. Do not but this game!
