They moved me 5 times in last 2 years plus I sent them an extra client.
They always push 3 movers which I don’t need and I have been able to negotiate two people. Because 3 is not faster than 2 in a small move and you have to pay for the driving time. This time I’m moving 20 miles away with even less stuff so I really dont want to pay for an extra person for 30 minutes of sitting. I was under the 2 hour minimum last time and have even less this time.
When I explained that the manager of operation cancelled me. Whoa, that was bad!
