if you enjoy The Seven Deadly Sins, you will enjoy this; it's an excellent film.

crudely mashes up story elements from the first and second of the rebooted game series; it's executed quite poorly, is uninteresting, and for the most part quite predictable. there is a MASSIVE story inconsistency between it and ALL of the games (not just the rebooted series) which is presented as a plot twist; i won't spoil what it is exactly, but it's very unwelcome and the affect it has on Lara is profound and frustrating. it's rather obvious the writer is not a fan of Tomb Raider, they just saw Queen Himiko's Island of Yamatai and Trinity and decided to make a film with them. watch it if you feel you need to, otherwise avoid it - i regretted watching it.
