I'm highly positive about this movie. Watch out the negative reviews for they could very well from the class that is represented as Antagonist in the movie. Kid painting on a wall in the house is not ruining the house. I have lived through this experience and my family partly does to this day. We Rent! Very beautifully narrated and fantastic acting that is realistic. Must watch for a movie buff. Slow, gripping and speaks through silence in lot of places. Watch it, just 96 mins.
