Don't pay attention to the overwhelming amount of hate comments from people who watched five minutes of it expecting it to be exactly the same as the original instead of its own show. They tie the original show in nicely, and season two is picking up better than season one.

This show is amazing, can't wait for more! The part exaggerated sitcom and part drama format is extremely unique, and the storyline keeps you pulled in. Annie Murphy shows just how great an actress she is, playing a vastly different character from Alexis Rose-- convincingly! Her character is a very authentic burned out housewife, and even wears the same clothes a lot throughout the season. She seems to own exactly one jacket, as she probably would. I also love the character of Patty. I have found that 90 percent of the one or two star reviews I have read are people who clearly don't understand the concept of the show. It's SUPPOSED to be painful to sit through the inflated sitcom part. You're SUPPOSED to want to kill Kevin. Like the show, don't like the show.. But why review something you clearly don't understand? No one is forcing you to watch, you don't need to try to contribute to a cancellation with random drivel
