Before I even went to watch the movie I thought to myself "Why am I here to watch an Illumination movie?" Answer: my kids wanted to watch it. So, I watched it and I didn't like it a single bit. They was no original song, which disappointed me. The Grinch, somehow, feels a little more sympathetic than the other two variations of him. And, of course, butt jokes. Your kids might like it, but this is honestly just a rehashed version of the Grinch we grew up to love. I wouldn't recommend it for the adults but, kids might see it as a decent movie to keep them preoccupied.

Watched the first one, and I liked it. It was heartwarming and, let's face it, it's freaking Disney. So, this squeal looks fairly promising. I would recommend this to your children, or if you liked the original.
