Highlights the damaging effects of media and the public's quick reaction to be judge and juror without knowing any of the facts. Prominently displays the unfortunate truth in many cases that once your alleged of committing a crime investigators and law enforcement seek only to seek a conviction and "evidence" against you. When they can't find enough evidence they try to make more "evidence" by any means possible. I understand that is their job to an extent, but they will often keep going when it has become clear that a suspect is innocent. I wish this movie would resonate with those that work in news networks and law enforcement. It's a good reminder to remember they have a lot of power and they need to command it responsibly.
