Dylan Potter

I haven't enjoyed a war film so much in a long time. The action is intensive and carries the story inexorably forward. Tom Hanks leads a cast of actors who do an extraordinary job of communicating both strong and subtle elements of the story with very few words. A relatively unknown cast of support actors, but they act superbly. An underrated film. A well-told story of unglorified heroism.
