Chowder is a fantastic show that can be viewed by all ages. The humor is top notch and the show overall doesn't take itself very seriously. It's just all in all a fun show to watch whether by yourself or with family. The cast of characters is very memorable from the stern silent Schnitzel, a man of few words (well okay only one word), Mung Daal, the neurotic head chef who is forced to deal with Chowder's antics and last but not least the title character Chowder, an adventurous young boy who dreams of one day becoming as great a chef as his mentor. There are many memorable lines from the show, and the conversations between characters is as crazy as the show itself. Last but not least the animation in Chowder is unlike any show that came before it. Utilising a wide array of animation styles from stop motion, to even puppets. The animation really shines through in the character designs, Chowder himself is designed using a special technique to get that iconic textile pattern on his clothes. All in all Chowder is a brilliant show from the mid to late 2000s and I'm confident it will be remembered for years to come.
