The story is cheesy, as is Walker's dialogue. But it's the Mad Max meets DOOM (with super powers) game we always wanted. Don't play it for the story but play it nonetheless because the combat flows and once you get the hang of the abilities you're a dashing, jumping, sliding blur of death. Oh, and the shotgun feels GOOD. The world makes you want to explore it while being the Grim Reaper in the process.
Underrated to say the least.

Interpol at its best, making you feel like a wave is taking you over a deep blue sea. It's sophisticated, deep, and as a whole, has an amazing atmosphere throughout. Banks does an outstanding job as a bassist. Best record since TOTBL, and, in my opinion, better than Marauder in many ways, but mostly because it has a very defined identity.
