Ultimate team is buggy and risky. I paid for players, the players randomly disappeared one day. No sign of my account being hacked etc. Contacted EA, they have “no record” of my purchases or the players despite me having receipts from Microsoft for the points I used to by them with (why do I have no points or players might be an obvious check EA could make). Anyway I’ve basically been accused of being a liar by EA. Terrible customer service. Will be switching to PES going forward. Wanted this as a warning to other ultimate players. Be warned if one day your players disappear EA won’t help you. You will just be told they don’t have a record of your purchase.
