I like the show because it was more then just fighting for secret manuals and gems to become the best martial arts master. I like the show because it has a love story and shows a young lady overcoming the differences between being raised as a country girl gradually adapting to the lifestyle of the city, cause she;s married to the young man of the famous Yang family. Guiying is funny, cute and very smart. I like that she became successful and how she became successful, becoming commander to deploy soldiers. Another reason why I like this show is because theirs an emperor. All other kung fu shows I watched only talked about the emperor but never show him. It's nice to see how an emperor would live and the hard decisions an emperor has to make. I've watched this show only once, but I will watch it a hundred times over!
