Simply fun. I would give it 4.5 stars if that was an option as they screwed over some really good symbiot cannon from the comics and what they replaced it with was pretty weak logically and plot-wise. Like the way C.K. contracted the Carnage symbiot and also how Venom is supposed to have this deep hive mind wisdom but never uses it to answer some basic questions I’m sure the rest of the audience were wondering about. Tom Hardy’s comedic skills are stretched but not overly so and it all turned out to be really fun to watch.
