Lol. Saw reference to Brooklyn! Unfortunately, it’s another bad Boston accent. Recall the references to Dunkin Donuts and the Wade Boggs card above the door. I get it though, it did sound NJ ish…no one can do Boston. It’s a pissah accent but too wicked haahd for most people… I thought it bombed. She’s great. The rest are not. The show needs to find itself stat and win folks back as many will not come back for episode 2 and the ones that will won’t make it to 3 if the next one doesn’t start hooking people. The back and forth (stage audience sitcom to dark drama reality) is interesting as the film changes with each change too. The sitcom is so exaggerated it’s really tough to watch. I’d lose that, the canned laughter, the lights, the “stage” comedy and focus on the drama side. She’s a fabulous actor and the only thing they should be investing in and focused on to make this work. Unfortunately, I see this getting stopped soon. The promise was there. Too bad….
