I really enjoy the revival of this drama. I clearly remember the first version and inevitably I harked back to it. For me it came out of it very well. As ever with this kind of crime drama some of the situations are a bit contrived but, hay ho, when you're used to watching Death in Paradise or Murdoch mysteries does it really matter.
