This show was billed by Netflix as a story about a town of women in the 1800s. It turns out the protagonist is a lone man in the oft told tale wherein a woman is saved by a man’s heroism. I thought the plot was unimaginative and predictable. I resent that Netflix tried to make it seem like something it’s not.
