Enjoyable but, could probably trigger some of the logical machine folks out there. Beautiful scenery as their background, smart choice of casts, and an original story.
At first, I was drawn to it by the short description of the whole series. A post-apocalyptic world where people somehow lose the ability to see. I was expecting a lot of differences in its culture and society than the usual post-apocalyptic/dawn of men story. Yes, I can see how a lot of things are different, but some details missed their spot and make me questioned their thoroughness in research about people who are born blind.
The main story depends too much on Jason Momoa being the hero to save the day in every bad situation. And the development of the royal blood story grew strained towards the first season ending.
But all in all it offers a promising entertainment to enjoy if you are willing to ignore the prickling sensation on your logic once in a while.
