I have lived in Oklahoma all my life and have known and worked with many Native Americans. Our church pastor and his family were indigenous and my mom attended college with his wife. This show portrays the friendships and support for each other that exists in Native communities, as well as many of the problems faced by them. I am so proud to see them finally represented as the people they are and not some caricacture of someone's perceptions. This show manages to walk a fine line between hilarity and tragedy and the result is amazing. The writing has a hint of the mysticism of Native American myths, and the bike-riding rapping twins are genius, commenting on the action like it was a Greek tragedy! I had long wanted to watch it and don't have Hulu. My daughter got it and the minute she left me there alone to go jog, I binged the first two episodes and started on 3 before she returned. Now I have my husband hooked and we have flown through Season 1 and are already worrying about how few episodes we have left in Season 2. This show is a masterpiece! Watch it!

This show is the absolute best. The language can be salty, but it is so real. Through it all, they have a thread tying them together. Sister Michael is the real star! It is a family favorite and we are dying for the new episodes to start again.! It is really eye-opening what it was like living in Northern Ireland during the uprisings. I went to Belfast and Northern Ireland in 2009, after thinking most of my life I would never get to see the land of my ancestors. The contrast is amazing. I have hated to hear that some trouble is starting up again. I want to go back if this dang pandemic is ever over.

This show is a cross-over for Vampire lovers, lovers of satire, comedy fans, and those who love a gothic romp. It ticks the boxes nicely while keeping one entertained at the constantly evolving storyline. It really is like nothing else out there. The person who got us interested said, "Stick with it, it just keeps getting better and better!" and they were right. I am torn between binging and stretching out the enjoyment!
