I have played fifa for many years, and honestly, this is going to be the last year I ever buy it. I can’t believe EA still convinces people to buy this game every year. Fifa 21 was complete garbage. The gameplay was so unrealistic. AI defending was terrible, passing was terrible, and the most ridiculous things happen in games that are just flat out unexplainable. Today, I literally had 5 defenders in the box, and the opponent had 1, and one guy was dribbling. I somehow missed two tackles with three 83+ defenders who were ALL marking the guy dribbling. He literally dribbled THROUGH them. Then, my right back (was an AI at the time) came over to mark the guy dribbling too, leaving the ONE guy in the box wide open. The AI defending is mental. And this is just one flaw with the game. There are SO many more with gameplay mechanics. Fifa 22 is the exact same game. Please save yourself $60 and buy a better game…

This is a really bad game... unbelievably scripted matchups. It’s the same game as fifa 20, but worse. Defending is abysmal, and NPC defending is worse. These games are just going downhill.... certainly not buying the next one
