My favourite all time vocal rock album. Graham Bell's voice in call and response with John Hedley's guitar is outstanding. Hearing it on pirate radio I thought it was Richie Havens as seen on Woodstock,
The band didn't survive, but Graham rejoined his old mates from Skip Bifferty - now Arc as Bell and Arc. They made great waves on the London Rock ciruit, Bell's very passionate singing, often compared to Joe Cocker, drew big crowds. I saw them supporting Boz Skaggs at the Roundhouse. When Boz came on stage, i reckon less than a quarter of the audience remained - they had come to see Bell and Arc!
Sadly Bell and Arc and Bell solo albums could not capture the live feel.
Every which Way did.
