I sent feedback through their several step ‘contact us’ option and they never responded. The issue was Face of the Franchise. After going through a monotonous intro and playing games on Rookie difficulty because you can’t change it, as SOON as I was drafted to the NFL it began “advancing to next moment” and did this through season 2035 before I deleted it. Have to go through HS and College over again. Deleted game. Sad sad sad. Shame on you EA. You have fooled us for years but this is the last one for me.
