Not just Ip Man, but the entire four movie catalog is good. I would give this one an A++.... The fight scene with him going against 10 black belts is one of, if not the best fight scene I've seen in a movie. I know I watched it more than 10 times.... I would literally randomly go back to that scene and rewatch it. Donnie Yen is one of the best to ever do it & he portrays the grandmaster flawlessly. I'd rate IP man 2 an A.... Ipman 3 & 4 an A+(Don't let Mike Tyson on the cover fool you) Even the spin off Master Z is a great watch. Don't believe anyone who isn't giving this movie 5 stars because you can't please those type of people.😂🤣....

I gave it 4 stars because I couldn't give it a 4.5. If we're going by substance the message alone will take this above a three. If you're reading other critics ignore the ones giving this 2/5 because the mindset is probably as deep as a mud puddle. A lot of learning & healing can come from theatrical art like this.
