Spoilers Ahead: Not good. Hated how Mulan was born with powers instead of working hard to become a better warrior. None of her family seemed that worried when she left to the war and the whole scene when she puts on her dad's armor had no emotion. The side characters somehow become Mulan's friends even though no relationship is built. Her new love interest never stood a chance. Mulan lacks character and is quite boring. The witch was more powerful,but somehow needs Bori Khan. Also we had a whole scene of Mulan dodging arrows but she can't dodge one??Oh and for some reason because she accepts her chi and being a woman she needs no armor in battle and is okay to have her hair all in her face while fighting? No way will this ever compare to the animated Mulan.
