This book is a great read. If you enjoy learning about how people impact the world and how the world impacts people or about community, public spaces, and social connections, you will like this book. While I have heard some people call Palaces for the People idealistic, the passion in this book is backed up by facts; Klinenberg did his research, and it shows.
