It was funny, and my children also loved it. When my daughters were young I cleaned up a chicken bone for them to wear in their hair. They loved it. Unfortunately, community building departments constantly try to increase their authority, and they often suffer from the Little Person Syndrome, as in small minded petty bureaucrats. Quite a few need attitude adjustments.
