Absolutely loved it!! It was stupendous! The acting was excellently done, characters played true to book and game formats. I know the physical appearances of some characters will be a continued subject of debate. (Triss is a redhead in the game, the actress portraying nailed her voice and persona) . The magic (CGI) and monsters were done well, very believeable. Netflix did amazingly well with the first installment! Right down to the amount of nudity, sex and violence. If you have ever watched the game, the amount of nudity, cursing, sex and violence comes as no surprise. It is, a medevial fantasy, just like GoT. The only issue was the non-linear or non-chronological storytelling format. Which can be confusing. It would have made sense to include a verbal voiceover introduction by Danedelion at the beginning of each episode, just for clarification. Overall, a well acted, directed and written series by Netflix. I look forward to next season! Hopefully, Geralt and Ciri's advetures at Kaer Morhan will be explored as well as Geralt, Eskel and Lambert drinking games. LOL Wishful thinking on my part, I think.
