In the age of attention to detail, and, actors and directors going the extra mile to get every detail of the story in order, Miss India is a complete disappointment, sorry disappointment is understatement, it's disastrous. Wish the director could have researched about basic understanding of how a business is run, before over glorifying and packing the movie with just dialogues and no actual material.
Manasa Samyuktha is MBA Marketing topper and does not know her main competitor and fails to recognise him when they meet in the hallway (and this was purposely missed I guess, just to introduce our villain).Mr Villian is soo jobless that he does the marketing campaign for his multi million brand to, wait for it, have bikini clad women in cafes to lure customers for his coffee brand, and this by discarding all his board members who also throw some lame suggestions which even an undergraduate marketing students don't provide.
Let me not get into describing cringe worthy computer recorded sounds played when the TV reporter starts speaking. What about Mr. Vijay Anand, why was he introduced and left in the middle. While I am totally in for depicting Women and what they can accomplish, it needs to be done with some story backed by good material and screenplay. Just one liners wont work when you are building a whole movie. Keerthy Suresh's acting is good.
Totally missable movie and before I forget - how can you have a board meeting where you are introducing the MD and during the introduction she gets out of the car and strikes a pose. Not a movie for 2020. This needs to be sent back to 1990s
