There hasn’t been an introduction film for a hero since black panther and ant man. But those characters were introduced before they had there own films. That being said. Captain marvel comes late in the game with no mention of her character in previous films nor does she make any appearances. BUT this movie comes out pretty strong without an establishment of her character in any before films. I enjoyed it and it felt like a fresh introduction to phase 4 and new heroes to come. I really enjoyed this film it was a fun and heart felt ride. I highly recommend this film for a fun watch.
