I used to really love the show, my biggest issue is more often than not seeing authentic dishes and techniques eliminating contestants because the judges didn’t care for it. I get they use preference but it’s just disappointing to occasionally see an old familiar technique or flavor being dismissed. Now they have this iron judge like segment which I’m not a fan of. As if they would let a judge lose. Not from what I have seen.

I love this series, such potential and very entertaining.
