I used to really love the show, my biggest issue is more often than not seeing authentic dishes and techniques eliminating contestants because the judges didnโt care for it. I get they use preference but itโs just disappointing to occasionally see an old familiar technique or flavor being dismissed. Now they have this iron judge like segment which Iโm not a fan of. As if they would let a judge lose. Not from what I have seen.
