Whoever is reviewing the game at one-star allow me to clarify some things.
Waiting for cutscenes to play out before joining other's games only happens during story missions and won't happen period if it's not in assignments and special assignments.
The tracking system which some have dubbed 'confusing' isn't really that hard simply collect stuff from the monster you're trying to hunt such as footprints, mucus, etc. Pro-Tip: Just don't track flying monsters in the ancient forest and wait till they land before actually following the trail.
For anyone angry about the weapons you'll eventually find a weapon that suits you and you're able to use efficiently. Example: I'm completely useless with the charge blade and get impatient with the lance but I tear house when using a Great Sword.
For anyone who thinks the game is too difficult, go and play Kirby or something, it's not that hard, take it from someone who played every mission solo.
For anyone who feels like the tutorials are overwhelming, I empathize.
For anyone who gets frustrated when monsters run away, there's this very hard-to-follow technique it's called 'follow the monster and it is only perfected by masters of the vidja-ga'me.
For anyone who despises the voice acting, change the voice language in the options menu before the game starts.
For anyone who hates the handler just brunt through the beginning and you probably won't have to talk to her ever again.
For anyone whose immersion was so shattered by the fact, you phase into a monster after they die. The bipedal cat didn't break your immersion but this did?
For anyone who thinks the stun mechanic is stupid. How would you react if a twenty-foot dragon screamed at you?
For anyone who simply didn't have fun, I really appreciate you giving one of my favorite games a chance and hope you find a game you really love as I have with Monster Hunter: World.
