If you came to watch a James Bond film, you're going to be disappointed. The best way to describe this film is Jack of all trades, master of none. It tries to incorporate ever genre under the sun, and fails at achieving anything. Despite great acting and cinematography, it just isn't enough to revive the disappointing and weak storyline. The bottom line is, that this isn't a James Bond film.

Wow, Insomniac Games have done it again. Absolutely incredible! I was skeptical about changing the protagonist from Peter Parker, but I'm happy to say that there was no need for any concern - the story was fantastic. Emotional, powerful, exciting, thrilling, these are but a few of the words I could use to describe the main storyline of this game. My only frustration with the game was the unnecessary need to add a political element with the Black Lives Matter mural. This was clearly a last minute virtue signalling exercise by the developers. This is apparent when there are no voice references or engagement. So it certainly wasn't planned. If they really cared they could've added a side mission which involved racial issues. But alas it was this last minute token gesture instead. The characters and story are fantastic, not one second was I even thinking about race until this moment. When will we ever realise that what we have in common is more important than what defines us. BLM is undermining that by demanding that we treat everyone differently rather than the same. It's disappointing that Insomniac Games have added any political statement from the real world into a superhero game.

TL;DR Uncharted with a lightsaber and a plethora of bugs. The story was OK(ish). The game itself just felt half-finished. Combat was clunky, didn't flow well at all. There were multiple glitches, of which I've seen reported on all platforms. Some affecting game play, others with cut scenes out of sync from audio. The "extracurricular" activities involved collecting a few seeds..... Really?! There were subtle things too which made the game feel unfinished. Such as when underwater and opening chests the same animation plays on land, which involves your droid entering and shuffling around. Except in water it doesn't. After which your character comes out with a witty (repeated) one liner - that makes no sense because he's underwater with a "breather" equipped. Even the credits weren't traditional Star Wars themed. Music overall was dull, you didn't include any of the original Star Wars soundtrack?
