Highly overrated in every way in my opinion. Cheesy cliched storyline. Morgan Freeman is very average..I don't get the glowing reviews. Probably appeals to Americans this film?

Exquisite film. Unique, great humour, passion and unpredictable but simple at the same time - highly recommeded

laughable plot - unless Irish criminals really are this lacking in intelligence. Better things to watch. (also full of violence abd profanity)

This is an excellent, very powerful film - not always easy to watch but compelling viewing. Excellent acting. I was quite 'triggered' watching this film as it reminded me of my parents as they aged and the process of aging i witnessed.

Excellent film. I love Bill Nighy so that made is especially enjoyable. Personally i totally empathised with his character and found the wife to be a very difficult creature. Beautifully filmed, great acting and quite gripping. I just wish there were more films of this quality tom watch.

What a fantastic film. Extremely well acted, suspenseful plot and stunning landscape. A rarity these days sadly.

Good acting but the plot is really drawn out. Could have been 2 episodes maximum in my opinion.

Intense - that's how i would summarise this film. Very well acted. In some ways kind of cliched "troubled main character, broken relationship, problems spilling over into work life".

Got through most of episode 1 then bailed. Very slow paced and cliched.

Love Bill Nighy and Michael Gambon. The story is not amazingly suspenseful but keeps you watching. Overall a worthwhile and enjoyable experience.
