Kirby's Block Ball is simply the greatest game ever made. While other pitiful attempts of the video game art form like "Super Mario 64" and "Ocarina of Time" attempt to immerse the player into the gaming world, the creators of Kirby's Block Ball knew what they were doing when designing the game, and centred it around the Sci-Fi, Horror genre. Many psychological ideas and values are questioned, like the legitimising of global warming and the destruction of the ozone layer. It raises the question of whether or not the Earth is really flat, in fact, this game made me a flat earther within the first 5 minutes of playing. While a simple-minded fool could call this game "dated" and "basic" it only takes an in-depth look to realise that this game is more than just a game, it's a lifestyle. I play this game every day and it makes me very happy, maybe in the sequel they could add in some funny dances, or maybe give the game some DLC. 3 stars.
