It's a good book over all. I am about to read the second book and I feel like there are some secrets which are going to be revealed in that book. The plot was very very intriguing, astonishing, suspicious and thrilling. But I feel like that the author has copied ideas about Atlanteans and vamprys from The Vampire Diaries. Like both are fast, can compel, need blood, heal etc. It of course could be the author's idea only but it's just that the similarities are very much that I feel like it is copied. But other than that I loved the plot and the story.

It's such a fantastic book to read with a sassy, strong and manipulative female lead who's a siren and a pirate. It's absolutely stunning book with a bit suspense and some romance and violence. I would totally recommend this for kids 12+ coz of violence scenes and some kissing scenes. But ofc it depends on how mature u are. 10/10 book.
