Thank you Rujuta Ma'am for such a great book, it has helped a lot.
With due respect to Rujuta Madam... Book is very good and useful..... But on pg. No. 136... It is mentioned that doctors have even lesser knowledge than massage therapists about vitamins and supplements..... Ma'am sorry to argue... But not every doctor is so foolish to not have thoroughly studied the supplements which they are prescribing..... Thank you.
