I had high hopes for this. I love the book, I love the original series, and I wanted to love this one too.
Unfortunately the timeline is so convoluted, it's jarring and hard to follow. I couldn't get through 2 episodes. I cancelled my CBS subscription. It did inspire me to pull out my copy of the book though.
