This movie makes me thoughtful of the workplace in USA. Before I saw this one, I did not think of that. So, the documentary is touching to me a lot. I am a Korean. While I was watching, I could understand about the behavior of Chinese employees in the factory and CEO due to the culture difference. I think Korea and China, including Japan all, have Confucian work value in many ways, even though our society is becoming changed and globalized. These things could make a culture clash, especially in this case. In Korea, we have a similar problem in a variety of workplaces. This is because usually, the thought of young generation today are so different from those of the older. Hence, in many companies, young employees are no longer working hard like the older. But the older employees do not agree with the younger opinions. Even they tend to push them too hard to make a better. Unfortunately, the way the older treat the younger might make the relationships between them worse. Because they do not feel the same way. And there is no meeting to share their ideas in a relaxed atmosphere. Basically the meeting look like to be intense and keep them on their toes. So I think that we need to rethink how to treat each other as a human being. No matter where you are at work!!
