I really enjoyed this movie! Saw it at the Century in Folsom with a full theater audience of Phish and Dead Head fans ( who were all very pleasant to chat with before the film started ). There are some wonderful " artist being creative " documentaries out there ( " It Might Get Loud " and " I'll Be Me " come immediately into my mind ). But there are VERY few ( if any ) that showcase what artists do in a full time creative mindset while soaking the environments around them. This film does away with controversal moments ( Trey's past drinking, for example ) while most of the film focuses on Trey coming up with new music for his " Ghosts of The Forrest " album, including some beautiful moments between players in both Phish and TAB. One sad moment is revealed when Trey vists a close friend suffering from cancer ( you can't helped but be moved by Trey caring for those around him ). I strongly recommend this film if you are a new TAB/Phish fan or trying to find a way out of personal musical burnout.
