32 years later, I find myself on the Internet. Wow. :)
If you don't know what this is, don't worry about it.
It was a piece of software I wrote that enabled public libraries in NSW to request inter-library loan materials from the State Library of NSW electronically via email.
Pretty big in it's day, but archaic now. :)
